Exhibitors and Delegates requiring visas should contact us directly as soon as possible. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several weeks to process, so avoid delay by ensuring your booking is confirmed by registering today. Sela Expo accepts no responsibility for denials or delays in the processing of visas.

Exhibiting:

To choose and guarantee your preferred space, process the payment and sign the participation form at the soonest

No, however we will reserve the space for 2 days only until the payment is processed.

Yes. By designing your own stand, you will create a unique space in the exhibition that will reflect your brand perfectly.

Yes, kindly download and fill the additional orders form with the requested services.

Our security team will be available at the site 24/7 to ensure and guarantee the security of the exhibition and all stands. However, we advise you not to leave any personal/valuable items in the stand.

Cancellation:

No cancellations are accepted if you fail to attend the event, no refunds will be made.
